Prisoner's Express

The previous website had an unintuitive design and was difficult to use. It displayed information from large Airtable spreadsheets which made it hard to take in all the information at once or find a specific entry. The archives also crammed in a lot of information in a small amount of space.

Create a visually attractive and user-friendly archive that encourages users to view and interact with the prisoners’ works. 

• Clean, organized gallery view displaying the works and any essential information (and only the essential information)

• Expandable view allowing users to focus on one work at a time

• Filters and search bar to help users find only the works that they’re interested in

• Display number of responses to help a greater number of works and authors get responses

• Feature page to showcase all of the works and pique the users’ (especially new users’) interest
