Penn Environment

Currently, there is no easy way for the public to know what bills or legislation are introduced or are on the table for state legislation. Penn Environment wants to create a platform to view the bills that are up to help educate the general public on environmental policies.

Create a platform that to display current bills that includes the following:

1. An easy way to add, edit, and delete new bills for admins

2. A user friendly view to see featured bills

3. A comprehensive list of resources related to each bill and an easy to understand description of the bill

4. Easy navigation between admin view/regular view and the bill landing page/bill page
