Problem

Love Living at Home (LLH) currently uses Club Express, which hosts the organization’s public-facing website and Control Panel. LLH staff currently use the Member Services system in the Control Panel, which struggles to handle their input in an efficient manner. We need to increase the efficiency of volunteer management and improve the storage of information, which will allow LLH staff to tend to service requests faster and overall improve the life of the older population.

Solution

The Hack4Impact team at Cornell aims to assist Love Living at Home by creating an external management system which can be used by staff to organize member services and manage service providers. We aim to migrate all existing data information from LLH into a secure database. In the future, LLH staff will be able to update and modify the data through use of the product.
